Honest Limits
This tool fills in form fields that already exist in a PDF — it does not create new form fields on a plain document. Supported field types are text fields, checkboxes, dropdowns, and radio groups.

It only works with PDFs that already contain fillable form fields (AcroForms). If a PDF has no form fields, there's nothing for this tool to fill in.
